Proof of concept for automatic chewing ball delivery (not mechanical but with PF motors)

The current version for the automatic chewing ball delivery uses a mechanical solution for tilting the bin. It is a simple solution, it works fine but has a major drawback: the wagon is tilted a little which causes a derailment so now and then. I have now made a new proof of concept, this time I use a PF motor on the wagon to tilt the bin. I use two senders: one to tilt the bin, one to get the bin in the rest position. The senders are built in to make the beam very narrow.
